Webdatya strives to treat its customers professionally, promptly, and favorably. Clients who engage Webdatya with their business agree to the following terms and conditions
The Contract
- The clients and Webdatya will have an independent contractor relationship, with neither party intending or implying a partnership or joint venture.
- Both parties will agree on a start date for the services, and costs will be applied in accordance with that date.
- Clients will receive a monthly report on performance services.
- Either party must give at least 10 business days’ notice before cancelling or fully transferring service duties to another service vendor.
- A person who is not a party to the Contract shall have no rights under or in connection with it.
- Webdatya reserves the right to subcontract some of the service tasks to a third-party service provider.
Payment
- If clients sign up for a monthly service plan with Webdatya, they must pay the whole charged cost before the job begins.
- If Webdatya and the customer agree on a fixed quote for any services, the client is responsible for paying 50% of the billable amount in advance, before the work begins. The remaining 50% of the money must be made within seven days of the start date of the services.
- Webdatya will bill clients on a monthly basis, in advance.
- In addition, if a client fails to pay a monthly invoice when it is due, Webdatya will instantly discontinue the services. We shall not be obligated to provide a 10-day notice in this circumstance.
Liability
- Webdatya won’t be liable for any circular or consequential losses due to detention in indebted service deliverables, where the detention is because of natural or ungovernable causes.
- The guests will defend, cover and hold Webdatya inoffensive from and against any and all claims, losses, arrears and charges related to the services handed by Webdatya to the guests under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services vended by the customer, claims for patent, brand or trademark violation, claims due to dislocation or malfunction of services handed, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Webdatya.
- Due to the nature of digital media, any content/ information given by the guests to Webdatya for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication is carried out. Webdatya won’t be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset due to the nature of content being publicized.
Waiver
- If at any time during the term of a service contract, we fail to contend upon the strict performance of any of your scores under the service contract or any of these terms and conditions, also this won’t automatically free of you from any of the scores mentioned in the terms and conditions and won’t constitute a disclaimer.
- Any disclaimer of terms and conditions will be valid officially only if it’s communicated to you in jotting.
Privacy Rights
- Information, like name, dispatch, contact number, website URL that the guests give us by filling the contact form will be kept non-public and not be exposed to a third party, without their previous concurrence. Still, the information will be made privy to the workers of Webdatya.
- Webdatya will take reasonable precautions to help the loss, abuse or revision of your particular information.
- The transfer of data over the internet is innately insecure, and any kind of security in this regard cannot be guaranteed by Webdatya.
- Although, we use SSL translated technology for making any kind of plutocrat sale to insure maximum security against online theft and fraud.
- Eyefuls are used to track the browsing information/ preferences of web druggies and we may use Eyefuls to gather statistical data about your browsing pattern for optimizing our point.
- Some of the third-party advertisers who have their announcement links on our website may also use Eyefuls to gather statistical information about you. Still, in no way Eyefuls give access to any of your particular information either to us or third-party reality.
- Webdatya reserves the right to modify the below terms and conditions at any point of time, including the time of an ongoing contract and changes in the terms and conditions will be notified to the guests through company dispatch.
